Matthew Haselwander
Matthew Haselwander is a Certified Land Specialist with deep roots in Northwest Wisconsin and a lifelong connection to real estate. His passion for land was shaped at an early age while accompanying his father and grandfather as they built a respected local brokerage founded on integrity, family values, and a genuine appreciation for the outdoors. From walking property lines to learning the history behind each parcel, those experiences fostered a deep understanding of how land impacts both individuals and communities, and ultimately inspired his career in real estate.
As a licensed real estate agent since 2023, Matt is proud to represent Mossy Oak Properties, a brand whose values closely align with his own. Faith, family, stewardship, and a strong connection to the land are central to the Mossy Oak mission, allowing him to serve buyers and sellers with the same level of care, honesty, and commitment that has guided his family for generations.
Having lived in Northwest Wisconsin for more than two decades, Matt possesses extensive knowledge of the region's agricultural land, wildlife habitat, water features, and diverse terrain. He specializes in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Buffalo, Trempealeau, Dunn, Washburn, and surrounding counties, helping clients identify properties that align with their goals, whether for hunting, farming, recreation, development, or creating a lasting family legacy.
Prior to entering real estate, Matt earned a degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College and spent a decade as a sales executive in the logistics industry. That experience sharpened his skills in communication, negotiation, and client advocacy, equipping him to guide clients confidently through every stage of a land transaction.
Matthew resides in Chippewa Falls with his wife, Brook, their daughter, Ella, and their yellow lab, Paisley. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, pursuing his passions for hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, and exploring the natural beauty of Wisconsin.
