Matthew Haselwander
I am a Wisconsin Land Specialist with deep roots in Northwest Wisconsin and a lifelong connection to real estate. My passion for land started early while riding along with my dad and grandpa as they built a respected local brokerage grounded in integrity, family values, and a genuine respect for the outdoors. Walking property lines, learning the stories behind each parcel, and seeing how land shapes people and communities gave me a clear sense of purpose that still guides my work today.
As a licensed agent since 2023, I am proud to represent Mossy Oak Properties because their mission reflects the way I was raised. Faith, family, stewardship, and a deep connection to the land are at the heart of everything they do. That alignment allows me to serve buyers and sellers with the same care and commitment my family modeled for me.
After living in Northwest Wisconsin for more than two decades, I bring a strong understanding of the agriculture, wildlife habitat, water features, and unique terrain that make this region special. I focus on Eau Claire, Chippewa, Buffalo, Trempealeau, Dunn, and the surrounding counties, helping clients find land that fits their goals whether that is hunting, farming, building, or creating a place for future generations.
Before becoming an agent, I earned a degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College and spent ten years as a sales executive in the logistics industry. That experience strengthened my communication, negotiation, and client service skills, all of which help me guide people confidently through their land transactions.
I live in Eau Claire with my wife Brook and our yellow lab Paisley. When we are not working, we spend most of our time outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, and being with family.
