Michelle Weinzetl
Michelle is a seasoned land specialist with 28 years of experience in marketing farmland, rural and recreational properties as well as commercial land prime for development. She holds broker licenses in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. Growing up on a hobby farm in Central Minnesota instilled in her a deep appreciation for the land, which she has channeled into her successful career.
Michelle has worked with one of the largest land auction companies, gaining expertise in both traditional land marketing and the auction method. With experience in land development and multiple marketing awards to her name, her commitment to excellence is evident. Additionally, she is a licensed auctioneer and a former board member of the Minnesota Auctioneers Association.
An avid outdoorswoman, Michelle enjoys hunting, particularly out West, and loves spending time on the water fishing, boating, or kayaking. She is also a dedicated volunteer with Midwest Outdoors Unlimited, helping veterans and those with disabilities experience the joys of the outdoors. Michelle is a proud mom to three grown sons and feels blessed to have seven little boys who call her Nana. She treasures family time, making the most of her leisure by traveling and creating lasting memories with loved ones. Her extensive knowledge and passion for real estate make her a trusted partner for both buyers and sellers.
